Meet the Chef
As a young local who grew up in Boonah, I have a passion for this town and love when it is recognized for the amazing opportunities that it provides.
Although I have not traveled to the far ends of the world discovering different cultures of food, I have learnt the hidden gems of the Scenic Rim and know how to make them shine! I pride myself as a local and have worked primarily in hospitality in the Scenic Rim my whole life.
My experience comes from many different faces and personalities that I have grown to know along the way who have passed on their knowledge and passion for food.
My kitchen team are proud to say that we make all of our food completely from scratch. We believe that the best dishes are made when you take the time and value the steps of every creation
